Made from Swiss grain alcohol and cold-distilled yarrow, this vodka is distinguished by its subtly herbaceous notes. After a long period of maceration, the leaves of the yarrow are vacuum distilled at low temperature - a delicate process which preserves the plant and extracts aromas very different from a classic distillation.
