Xavier discovered the world of craft beer in 2014 during a trip to Quebec and decided to start brewing on his return to Geneva. The brewery is located in the Praille district of Geneva, where it shares premises with the company Geminoh, which reuses the brewer's spent grains as a substrate for growing oyster mushrooms.
